TERMS OF SERVICE
▸ All prices listed by the Artist are final and represent the base/starting rates. Additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the design.
▸ If I decide to accept your commission, I will send you two/three drafts based on the description of what you want to receive (reference of the character through description or images, pose ideas, artistic inpirations..) after that, we'll proceed with the payment.
▸ I will accept payment only through PayPal.
▸ Refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations are not accepted. Partial refunds will be considered if the commission has not been completed.
▸ Three (3) revisions are included, unless the Artist has missed specific details. Substantial edits may require an additional fee.RIGHTS AND USAGE
▸ The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission request.
▸ The Artist retains full rights to the commissioned artwork (e.g., sharing on social media).
▸ Character rights remain with their respective owners unless otherwise specified.
▸ Work-in-progress images (WIPs) may be shared on social media, except in cases where the commission is a gift.CLIENTS USAGE
▸ The commissioned artwork must not be used for profit or commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, NFTs).
▸ The artwork must not be used in any AI training program.
▸ You may post, edit, crop, or print the artwork for personal use, provided proper credit is given to the Artist.IMPORTANT!

▸ You can share my work online as long as you give Credit ❤︎
